RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all accessories and manuals.

- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

- The original invoice is required.

Items that cannot be returned:

- Items that have been used, installed, damaged or modified by the customer.

- Cables, wires or hoses cut to length on request.

- Opened consumables (welding rods, discs, blades, adhesives, paints).

- Special or customised orders.

Damaged, defective or wrong items:

Please check your order at delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost. Manufacturer warranty is handled through us as per the brand's warranty terms.

How to return:

WhatsApp us on +971 50 175 5996 or email sales@tooluae.com with your order number and photos of the item. You can also bring the item to our shop in Industrial Area 10, Sharjah.

Refunds:

After we receive and check the item, we will give a refund or exchange. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are made by cash or bank transfer. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
