TERMS OF SERVICE
This website (tooluae.com) is operated by Al Muhaisnah Hardware Trading L.L.C. S.P., Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and prices:
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Product photos may differ slightly from the actual item. If there is an error in price or description, we will contact you before delivery and you may cancel the order.
- Stock is subject to availability. Items marked "Price on request" must be confirmed with us on WhatsApp.
Orders:
An order is confirmed only after our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the item is unavailable, or in case of suspected fraud.
Payment and delivery:
Payment is by Cash on Delivery or as agreed with our team. Delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and warranty:
Returns are accepted as described in our Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranty applies according to each brand's terms.
Use of tools:
Tools and welding equipment must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and with proper safety equipment. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.
Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah.
